It is a personal archive and folio of my work and ideas and a place to store things I want to remember, like what albums I was listening too and what my favourite movies are.

I am building it as a project to help get me off Instragram, a place I am not inspired to share content anymore. I feel like social media killed something special about the internet, I feel more and more like I am engaging with algorithems designed to capture my attention rather then properly engaging with what people are making and doing.

Microwaved Coffee is a blog for my design ideas, which often get forgotten at the back of my sketchbook alwells as a repository for code and a place to host my build logs for projects.

I hope that in the future I can look back on Microwaved Coffee and see where I was aged 30 in 2024, the time I am currently writing this. My life is going through many big changes right now, I am about to move from my home country, Australia, to where my partners comes from in Europeto study my masters, something I am excited and terrified about.
